What is Swapify?
Swapify is a frum marketplace for women's and kids' apparel and accessories. Designed for listing, selling, and discovering gently used or brand-new modest clothing, shoes, accessories, and beyond. As the first of its kind, SWAPIFY offers a unique platform for individuals to swap and shop with ease.

What are the fees for selling on Swapify?
Our fees are very simple and straightforward. For all sales on Swapify, you keep 80% of your sale and pay a 20% commission to Swapify.
Which payment methods are accepted by Swapify?
The only payment method currently available on Swapify is the Stripe Payment Platform. An active Stripe account is required to initiate and complete a transaction. Make sure to follow the prompts on account creation to connect your Stripe account to Swapify. The Stripe Payment Platform is secure and trusted. Learn more about Stripe here.
How does shipping work?
The seller sets a shipping fee when they create the listing. Once the sale goes through, the buyer pays the shipping fee (included in the sale price). The seller is responsible to complete the shipping process. This can be achieved by either going to a postal service or creating a label online. We hope to provide a shipping label service in the near future, but in the meantime, shipping fees can be easily estimated by going to https://postcalc.usps.com/ and labels can be created by going to https://cns.usps.com/
What is Swapify's Return Policy?
All sales are final on Swapify. However, we take an active role in each and every purchase made to ensure both the buyer and seller have a great experience. A buyer may open a case with us if they have concerns regarding a purchase.
To avoid a problem with a sale, we advise sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating listings. We encourage buyers to review the listing photos, description, and item condition, and if you have any questions, please ask the seller for additional details, measurements, or photos prior to purchasing. Sellers are usually more than happy to provide additional information.

Can orders be picked up?
Yes! Once the sale goes through, use the messaging to be in contact with the buyer/seller regarding pickup location and timing.
What should I do when I see the message that the listing is not available because the seller has not yet set up their payment method?
If a listing is unavailable due to payment setup, reach out to the seller by hitting the "contact seller" link.
What should I do if someone asks me to take a transaction offline?
Purchasing or selling an item listed on Swapify using any means other than the Swapify checkout is considered an offline transaction and is prohibited.
Can users access my personal information through messaging?
No! All messaging is done through the Swapify platform. Users do not have access to any personal information such as phone number or email. A notification will be emailed when a message comes through but email addresses are not shown. If you have any concerns regarding misuse of the messaging, please report it so we can take necessary action.
Can I trust buying and selling on Swapify?
Yes, Swapify is a secure platform. Yes, all payments are made through Stripe which is a secure payment platform. It is of utmost importance to us that our swappers feel secure when buying or selling on Swapify. We encourage the user to reach out at any time with any questions or concerns. We are committed to stand behind our swappers.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Reach out to seller, if seller doesn't respond within 2 business days, please contact customer support.
